OOC!Malik, if you asked his other self, would be described as a "weak, pathetic pansy with a fetish for feminine-looking women boys". If you asked IC!Ryou, he'd be "sweeter than a whole box of cream puffs". If you asked most other people in the city, you'd probably get a variety of answers, which really only means one thing: Malik is, to say the least, indescribable.
But, for convenience purposes, the most accurate description is this: Malik has softened up immensely from his old manwhore promiscuous lifestyle, and he's very glad that he's made this change. He may be a bit spacy at times, but he's got a strong sense of empathy, and is willing to do whatever it takes to make the people he cares about happy. However, bad luck has a tendency to follow him around (probably due to his close relationship with IC!Ryou), and he really tries to stay strong throughout all of these hardships - if not for himself, then for the sake of his boyfriend.
As a lover, he's very warm, giving, compassionate, and just an overall gentleman; a cheesier way to say it is that he's most likely the man of every girl's dreams. But, unfortunately for them, he's very very gay, and very very taken.
